「It was really nice」

「I was initially checked into a room which was not cleaned, with dead insects and food on the floor. Staff were helpful and moved us into another room, which while much cleaner, we soon found out the property had no TV service or hot water.」

「Overall the place was very nice. Only complaint we had was the sheets on the bed seamed to hold heat and was very hot even with the air turned way down in the room.」

「I stayed here for two nights solo, and overall the stay was okay. The staff were very friendly, but it didn’t look like my room was clean upon checking in at all. I’m not sure if the room hadn’t been used in a while, but it’s not something I’m used to seeing when checking into a hotel. 「Expedia gave me a different rate from what they charged my credit card. Expedia told me to pay $267 and they charge my credit card $317. When I call to inquire about the difference the gentleman at the phone just told me that it was expedia problem and not theirs.」

「My Expedia reservation was not accepted by this motel. The clerk claimed that the credit card used for the reservation did not match the one I presented at check-in. I showed him my receipt which showed that the credit card used online and the one presented at check in were the same one. It did not matter. Because it was already midnight, I paid additionally for a room separate from my Expedia reservation. I'd like a refund please.」
