「No breakfast as advertised, no service for towels or trash in 3 days, and the windows were so dirty, the felt greasy to the touch and were difficult to see out of. Staff didn't speak English, Cops were at different rooms twice over the weekend .... Of all the Super 8s I've ever stayed in, hands down the worst.」

「I understand that budget motels may not be luxurious, but every guest deserves to feel safe and be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this place failed on both counts. I would strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for accommodations.」

「Very cool place, love how they kept a lot of the old bank/legal building features. Thoroughly enjoyed the bar and restaurant, and the room itself was quite a nice surprise! 「Our room was spacious for 2 people. The bathroom was average but it was clean enough. It does need a bit of deep cleaning as the vents were filled with dust. The beds were comfortable. For the price we paid, it believe it was well worth it.」

「Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!」
