The staff was absolutely top notch and super friendly. They addressed issues quickly and positively and felt like old friends by the time we checked out. Tracie - the receptionist and Linda - kitchen manager were simply awesome. Their smiles definitely brought the warmth to my day. And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing! The room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi and TV were great. Pet friendly was a major plus. 2 negatives: the refrigerator was leaking water (we reported to the staff and they gave us some points to use on another booking; the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good spread of different breakfast items ranging from cold cereal to waffles to scrambled eggs (sometimes cheese omelettes). It’s in a decent area near some fast food restaurants as well for a quick bite if needed. This was my second time staying here and I’d make it a third time if I can afford it for my next travel to the area
