「The room and hotel were not clean. The shower especially! The tv didn’t work and they were full so couldn’t move us to another room. We asked for a discount but they said because I paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do. We will not be back, we travel to this area once a month. No tv??? They should check these things. The property does not live up to the photos online. Buyer beware!!!」

「Stayed in room 427 for only one night. The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was due to the night clerk who was very nice although she seemed like she had a pressing issue that needed to be addressed. Sticky floors, stained sheets, dirt in all crevices, worst of all there was male genitalia drawn on the bathroom wall that my 6 year old asked me why someone drew that there, and second to that I was charged by Expedia the money came off my card just for the staff member to tell me my payment declined and I had to repay after arguing with him and showing him my itinerary # confirmation email and bank statements, he still refused to give me my room so I was double charged for...
