The property is outdated needs up graded! The property was noisy you could hear the people walking around upstairs very annoying the heater was old it would wake you up when it came on. You either were freezing in your room or burning up no happy medium there

Lovely location but a lot of adjustments needed
Excellent location, easy parking and accessibility but otherwise left a lot to be desired. Thermostat was on high and VERY hot. The in room thermostat did nothing to adjust heat so we couldn't sleep because it was like a sauna in there. Many of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the toilets and sinks were hard to use because of placement and cabinets on top. Kitchen and restrooms looked like they hadn't been remodeled since the 70s. Check in for 4pm and check out was 10am which was very inconvenient and not what the standard check in (usually 2-3pm) and check out times are (11-12pm).

Good location and beautiful property
Great lakefront property. Good location near Safeway and restaurants. Property itself looks to be well maintained. Units are showing age but not in bad condition. Toiletries are lacking (just 1 soap). View is amazing.

This location was next to the lake and had a pier that we walked to for the view of the sunset. The property itself was decent with a full kitchen to use. The fireplace didn’t work so well and the insulation was thin so the footsteps of guests upstairs was loud until past 1am. I would suggest renting a unit on the second floor.

Edgelake has a private beach with a bridge connected to the far Tahoe Lake. Its location is great and walkable to most of the local community shops. The room is comfortable and establishes a feeling of home. Even a little bit old. The hotel and room are quiet, but the bed has a squeaking noise. And heat water doesn't work in the room, this is not acceptable in the cold winter.

The receptionist was helpful. We called to inform them that we would check in after office hours due to traffic and they provided instructions for late check-in. We arrived an hour after their stated office hours but they were still open and helped us check in. They only provided one bar of soap but liquid body wash and shampoo was not available. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The heater didn't seem to work but the fireplace worked well in heating the unit. We were on the bottom unit and noise of footsteps and voices did come through a little from the upstairs unit. Overall it was a comfortable stay but would look for cheaper options if available.

We are a timeshare and we don't offer those items but do keep travel size in the office incase our visitors/renters need them. I apologize for our staff not asking you when you checked in. I will definitely work with the staff to start asking our guests. Thank you for letting us know. It isn't something we normally think about. The floor heat does work but takes some time to warm up. After your visit I definitely spoke to the staff about setting the heater at a higher temperature since it does take a little long to feel the heat. I appreciate your feed back it is very helpful especially since you were here the first really cold week of the season. We hope to see you again! Thank you,

$1,000,000 view with immediate beach and lake access, but Apartment 19 is dated and worn. Apartment 19 was clean and had what we needed to enjoy a week at Lake Tahoe for the Holidays. The styling, amenities, kitchen and baths were dated and worn, but everything worked well.. The beds were average and the room was very warm so we slept with the windows open every night. Overall, the room was average, but the location was spectacular!! On the beach, awesome dock, 12 minutes to Northstar, walk to Safeway's, and the absolute best views of Lake Tahoe from sunrise to sunset (and moonrise/set). We will be back. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great Family Location
Front Desk personnel was very easy to work with. Location of the property was convenient and great for our Family. The kids had a great time catching crawdads off the dock. Quiet relaxing and Family friendly for our short stay.

They let me check in early and have access to my room. One thing that was very disappointing was that the pool was closed. Jacuzzi is very small. Room was really nice and very comfortable. This is a timeshare resort. I was by myself and found that the people were very much to themselves and not very friendly.

The property advertised a pool. The pool had been closed since May. Also, we were moved to another room upon check in. The room confirmed was given to another guest prior to us arriving. Also, the toilet did not flush properly. Lastly, due to the inconvenience we were provide a late check out of 3pm. On the day of check out we were rudely asked to leave by the front desk gal on duty that day. Its not that were were asked t leave at 2 vs 3...it is how we were treated and asked.

Nice but half of the grills didn’t work and a bit of the beach washed out. Pool out of service however we appreciate the communication about the pool in advance Beautiful view and very nice guests. A small windows A/C would have me considering renting for longer than one night

We are not allowed to have A/C units do to the age of the property and the strict environmental issues where we are located. We are also not allowed to touch the beach because the TRPA demands that it be left in the condition that nature leaves. They are very serious about the environmental laws up here, maybe a little too serious....lol! We are glad you were able to stay with us hopefully you'll be able to stay with us again when our pool is up and running. Thank you and thank you for the feed back we greatly appreciate it!

Such a great location. It’s right at the lakeside and 2 min drive from Safeway. The unit is wonderfully laid out and tranquil. Full kitchen, very clean, and staff is helpful and friendly. The amenities they provide feels very thoughtful - all kitchenware available, plenty of towels (including beach towels!) to name a few things. Would highly recommend this as family getaway.

It is unfortunate that your birthday was so horrible. Especially since you were in Lake Tahoe and it is such a beautiful and serene place to visit. In response to your accusation of false advertising; our advertisement doesn't have a pool but we do have a hot tub. As for the advertise regarding air-conditioning the ad doesn't state anywhere that we have air-conditioning as many older properties are not allowed to have air-conditioning due to environmental concerns. Hopefully your next Birthday will be better. Thank you for staying with us.

Spacious and great location
The place was spacious and right in the middle of Kings Beach. They have a pool and hot tub and even a fire pit along with their own private beach. It was perfect for us to have a kitchen to cook our own food. The staff in the office were so friendly. There is nothing fancy or brand new about it but you can’t beat the price for what you get. We would definitely stay here again.
