"We arrived at 5:30, check-in was at 4. They did not a room clean. After 15 minutes or so we were offered a room but they did not have any clean towels. The ice machine on our floor was broken and the room did not even have bags for the ice bucket. We were offered breakfast which was extremely overpriced, so we were grateful. "

"The hotel and rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool area was very nice and unique. Paying $10 for slow WiFi is a little ridiculous. Tried to order room service at 9pm (closes at 9:30) left a message as instructed and never received a call back. If it is gonna stop taking calls at 9 then just state it that way. Overall great stay, areas surrounding hotel were great as well. "

"Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great and helpful. Valet parking requirement was a bit expensive but all the valet staff were great and worked very hard. Only a minor issue with a large bug showing up in our bathroom."

"Pictures don't do her justice - no detail was left out. Such a gorgeous hotel with the yummiest food and the best spritz I've ever had! The rooftop is a must and please do yourself a favor and spend as much time as possible in the robes when you get back to your room. Le Labo toiletries and the coziest sheets, bed and pillows. The hotel is nestled in the greatest location - everything you could think of is walkable. We will most definitely be back.. Shout out to Andre who took care of us for happy hour. We can't wait to come back <3"
