「The front door blinds were broken...you could see directly into the bedroom from the porch, The front window lock was broken, not secure. No chair or table in the room. No microwave or hotplate in the room. Had to mess with the bath tub faucet to get hot water...about 10 minutes to finally get hot water. Outside Christmas lights came on at 9 pm and lit the whole room up like noonday. I had to unplug them the second night outside. The people next door were going to submit a complaint as well....

「My son loved the pools and hot tubs! Rare to find both indoor and outdoors facilities!」

「The place was beautiful. Plenty of room. Our bedroom tv wasn't working upon arrival and the host was quick to reply. She stopped by to check it out, and ended up refunding us a portion because it was unfixable. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Stayed here with 3 families of five each. We all had a room next to each other on the strip which made it fun for the little ones to hand out」

「The room was as advertised and comfortable. The lighting in the stairwell in the evenings was dim, several bulbs were out. Also the road leading to our condo was quite rough, large uneven sections of the paved road made for a bumpy drive.」

「Booked a weekend and when the day came I texted several times and about 4:00 in the afternoon. I finally received an email saying that i was not booked. But on hotel.com still said my weekend was confirmed. Had to scramble around for a hotel for the family the last minute.」
