"I booked by mistake and couldn't cancel so drove across town. Attendant was nice. Place was quiet and clean."

"Hotel on Route 66 needs to be condemned. A/c was mildew, mattresses and pillows were lumpy and worn out. Only food at buffet was waffle maker, white bread, and a community jar of peanut butter and another of strawberry jam. No fruit, juice machine watered down. Indoor pool was not heated. Huge Native American event attended while in town and room prices were tripled and quadrupled. You would think buffet would have been more appetizing and health conscious choices available. Had to ask front desk staff behind a closed door for soap and shampoo for room. I've tent camped with better and health safety amenities than this Route 66 dive."

"The person at the desk charged my credit card while telling me he wasnt goi g to charge it. I had alreapdy prepaid for the room. No breakfast dont exoect any. Also the bes sheets are old along with the towels"

"The staff were all very nice and helpful with anything we asked about or needed. The property has definitely seen better days, but the rooms were clean, and it seems from the equipment and haul away trash rentals in the parking area they are working on fixes and updates to the place. The shower/tub needs a remodel… the shower fixture is new and the water works fine but there were badly covered up old holes from previous shower handles, and the tub looks as if there are some permanent stains. Unfortunately the pool was not open during our stay, but that was okay wee were in town for a two day event and wound or have had the time to enjoy it. Even with the mentioned items for construction purposes in the parking area, there were plenty of open spaces to park. Overall, yes the place is a little outdated but it wasn’t a bad experience at all. "
