"There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay. "This is a 5star hotel with all facilities. The gym is excellent and the pool is fantastic. Dining options offer a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner with lots of variety. Seniors 60+ gets 50% off which is a real treat!
There is a covered linked bridge from the hotel to one of the largest mall which is in the area. It’s very convenient with a 5-7 minutes walk. The mall has 40+ restaurants and also a food court. Food variety is aplenty!
The hotel staff from the bell boy to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff, their services are excellent and exceptional. They are always smiling, polite, courteous and friendly and never fail to enquire if everything is good.
The hotel also provides free transportation to a few other mall locations nearby. Parking is complimentary to guests as well.
All in all, I’ll give this hotel an A++. I’ll definitely book this hotel again!"
"This is a basic, no frills hotel which it does really well. Set in an authentic row of shops with traditional food nearby. Perfect to lay your head down after a busy day in the city. If you want swimming pools and gyms, this isn’t for you. If you want affordable and simple safe place to sleep with good air on, go for it."
