Good enough for cheap hotel.

It was not the best but you can't get a cheap hotel nearby 1Utama. The hotel considered very cheap and the travel time to 1Utama by car just around 5 minutes if there are no traffics jams. You can have OneWorld hotel if you got budget. Clean enough I guess but you can't expected everything was perfect. You can find some not good conditions on the header of the bed. The rooms some are enough space some are too small but for me it's enough. Not suitable for wheelchair user since the walkways to the room got a lot of big bumper I can says. The bathroom also got small steps. So wheelchair not able to access. I like the bathroom supplies. They provide top to toe shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste also a small comb. There was no 3 in 1 coffee or tea or kettle. Just 2 bottles of plain water. You might want to bring the extension cord if needed since the plug point quite far from the bed for some room. So hopefully the review is helpful.

Convenient but can be better.

Convenient place to stay because easy to reach One-utama shopping mall as well as IKEA. However, parking has been made inconvenient by those night hawkers occupying the car-parks with their tables and chairs.

GOOD:Location is good,lift,security scan,safety box,refrigerator,hairdryer but not working,free hot drinks:mocha,milo,tea tarik etc,toiletries provided,water dispenser in every level,free parking,in addition there are coffee shop nearby,7e,KK,Guardian.99 etc POOR:room too small,toilet and bathroom dirty,the breakfast too salty and cold,no soundproof,i request middle room but arranged us to front room too noisy hard to sleep

Our second stay this trip was most satisfactory. Breakfast was not too impressive but was acceptable. However butter was not of good quality and the fresh milk was too dilute. But the hotel staff are excellent. Will recommend to others.

Overall Good Short Stay

It’s quite comfortable place for staying one night. However, limited reserved parking and temporary malfunctioning on the water heater gave us some irritations. Overall, it’s cheap and worth for short stay with breakfast provided.

The room smells of cigarette smoke. Towels and bedsheets don’t smell fresh and clean. No toothbrush set. Breakfast provided was acceptable except the food was very slowly replenished. Good point was the ample free car park.

A strategic hotel

The hotel is nice and comfortable not so space consuming. Too bad the double single bed room don't have the air fan on the toilet so it's a bit smelly after flushing Overall room is good enough to sleep The movie selection channel is good enough for entertainment.

The hotel location is great near to 1 Utama shopping center and IKEA. Price is reasonable.Due to I was booking standard room. The room is small and near to the bath room, you may feel the bed is damp.

First time staying at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised that it was really a Value for Money and good place of accommodation, especially for family. Friendly counter services, fuss-free and easy check in & out process; daily breakfast (can just decide on the spot) for a nominal fee of RM5 per pax only, DIY washing and ironing services available, daily mineral water supplies and daily housekeeping services provided. The only feedback we had were the "extremely mouldy and stinky carpet smells along the common corridor way that was a genuinely put-off when we checked in. The 2nd day was equally bad. Then when we was about to "complain" to the counter staff, we were pleasantly surprised again when we saw the entire stretch of corridorway carpets were removed at evening hours when we returned from outdoor. Guess the staff might had realized the distinctively awful smell when they did the housekeeping routine! Good that they took real actions before we spoke out. Thank you for being proactive and consideration for hotel guests' well beings. Overall, happy to stay for 3 nights here and will not hesitate to return for any future trips again! A stay value for money

At arrival, we were not able to enter the lobby because no staff was at reception hence the auto-door was deactivated. No signage on door that we have to wait. Knocked door and waited for about 5 minutes to see receptionist returning and unlocking the door.
