"Hotel is very nice but just outside the smell is unbearable. Basically a mall vacation given bad conditions of the streets a few blocks away and homeless people. But the malls are very large with many places to eat. Just not a fan of Malaysia. It’s the opposite of beautiful Singapore. "

"I cannot thank Hilton staff Ida Irdina, Clift and the concierge team for their help. During this stay, I left my injection med in fridge and left Malaysia. I called Hilton and the staff immediately found it in fridge and put it in safe chilling place. I came back today and got the med on time. Thank you so much!"

"hotel is quite remote from anything and not fast to get a taxi. aircon system could be noisy and breakfast was quite so so in term of quality. Room spacious, great TV entertainment and although couldn't enjoy it, the pool looked nice."
