If you're looking for a good place to stay in Keyser, West Virginia that is clean and safe. This is the hotel for you. The people who work there are very nice and welcoming. The room I slept and was very clean and comfortable. I like the pillows they used on the bed because they were not too hard or soft. The people who own an operate this place really make a great effort to provide a safe, cool, and comfortable place to sleep. I have no problems coming back to stay here again. I am very satisfied with the experience I've had and the prices were more than fair.

The front desk was very accommodating, my husband cannot walk far and I had not requested a ground floor , because we checked in early we were able to get a ground floor because they have no elevator, she even gave us dining options within a couple of miles

Very nice property. Clean, friendly staff. Quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast not much, coffee was good and Denny's is right down the road with a good breakfast.

Our room was designated handicapped accessible, and for shower and toilet access, it was fine. But the room is very dark and when daylight ends it is insufficient for those with vision difficulties. One side of the bed is accessible, the other isn't, for handicapped people. The facilities definitely need a wholesale refresh and update. Too few options to charge electronic equipment. AC worked only after plug was reset, and not again after that.

Nice for the price
Nice room for the price, excellent service. Very dated, but has been well kept. Updated vinyl flooring and no carpet in our room made it easier to hear sound, but would stay here again.

Great place to stay
Check in easy. Staff friendly. The place is super clean and we felt safe. We stayed here after doing the North Pole express train ride on the Potomac Rail. Beds were comfy and water super hot!

We were in town for a trip on the Potomac Eagle. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. Close to shopping and food places. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will stay here again, if we're in the area.

A pleasant overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous, Reasonably priced. If ever in the area again, I would stay here.
