Excellent staff. Only problem was that the shuttle did not stop at the circle but drove right by the side street and we had to take a taxi back after having waited for 30 minutes.

Staff was horrible on directions to room. We had to give directions to 4 different sets of new guests as well as getting lost ourselves. Place was great. Nice location.

Margaritaville Beach House Key West
The room was excellent, along with the staff. We had issues with an unplugged refrigerator and low temperatures that were solved by the staff quickly. We will return.
