「The property was very clean. The rooms clean and nice. The staff was awesome」

「The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return.」

「Very cute hotel but rooms were not really clean. The floors were disgusting.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

Gracias」

「The pillow is great.」

「Toilets should be comfortable level. Bathroom should have more hooks. Wet bathroom floor is treacherous. Blackouts could be improved . Counters showing wear and tear as well upholstered bedding.」
