The service was great. The rooms were very nice. However, we were next door to a family and they were a little loud with the opening and closing of cabinet doors. That being said we did not hear the two children. Go figure. lol The ocean views were absolutely stunning. We grilled, fished and just hung out. We will be back

(1) Peg's scones and hot chocolate were excellent and were something to look forward to each morning. (2) The "grounds" were lush, tropical and well maintained. (3) The "suite" we stayed in had a full kitchen, six person dining table and comfortable beds.

We found the people running this were friendly, breakfast and coffee was good, they provided fins, masks, kayaks and other fun things at no charge. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing resort, fantastic location

An amazing resort in a fantastic location with beautifully maintained grounds. Gorgeous ocean front location with tons of areas to relax, kayak or paddle board. Rooms are updated (room 23), VERY clean and have all amenities. The small touches like morning coffee/tea and fresh backed scones are a nice touch from the very welcoming staff.

Sweet island oasis

Went to Key Largo for quick overnight escape. Was originally booked at a different hotel which cancelled on us, leaving us stranded. Found Coconut Bay and was so happy with this little resort! Absolutely stunning grounds, extremely friendly and helpful staff, super clean, and nice amenities! Will definitely be returning and already booked our next stay!!!

This is a beautiful gem in key largo! Beautiful grounds and clean cottages! All the staff was friendly! They offer kayaks and sups as well as board games in the office. The pool was clean and cool for a refreshing change from the sea. We spent an entire day just enjoying the beach area and the pool it was amazing! Also Peg’s scones are delicious! Very happy with our stay!!

First and most important, free scones! And definitely the best ones I've ever had. The staff are uber friendly and accommodating. The property is smaller, but thats what we wanted. Its great for families, but also great if you just want a nice quiet place. They offered free kayaks and paddle boards. Definitely will stay here in the future.

The facility was tucked away in a beautifully landscaped area with native plants, shrubs, trees, flowers. It wasn’t very visible from the road. The cabin we had was completely remodeled and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, engaging and genuine. It was a little gem hidden away for those who prefer a quiet serene experience from the traditional large hotels.

We were looking for a vacation with breakfast included, since we arrived with a baby. Breakfast was only coffee and sweets, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very nice, quite and clean.

This place is great for families, it’s quiet and safe. This booking was a last minute change because I forgot to book a night between stays. I cancelled our original hotel and decided to splurge on this property. Sometimes fate intervenes and you wind up finding a gem. WE LOVED LOVED IT! Our bungalow was private, spacious and close to the beach , which was never over populated with towel saved loungers. The Christmas themed breakfast area which showcased Pegs scones and coffee was the cherry on top. The pool is large and never over populated. We will return. Every couple of days my husband and I still find ourselves saying, “I could go for one of Pegs fresh scones!!!”

We loved our stay here and will visit again. Sunset on the Bay is beautiful. The staff is very nice, and very helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful landscape. The scones at Peggys were delicious! Kayaks are in great condition and included. The water is crystal clear and you can swim here.
