Be aware that everything costs something so the price you see on Expedia is way below the cost of the stay. 「I was very disappointed because the villa I received was not the one I had reserved. This was extremely frustrating. The villa assigned to me was a two-story unit with no bathroom on the ground floor. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who were unable to use the stairs, making the villa completely unsuitable for our needs. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need.
