「Fab staff & entertainment Food really good excellent value」

「Beautiful, a real gem of a hotel / restaurant.. The room was immaculate and it felt like it was “brand new”. Plus, the receptionists, restaurant staff and cleaners were lovely and so accommodating… 11 out of 10!! It’s located a 10 second walk from the beach and m parking is free… I’ll be rebooking within the next couple of weeks!! 」

Unfortunately it was raining all the time so we couldn't explore the area as much as we wanted to but that's UK weather for you. 「What a little gem in the heart of Bristol! We never knew it was there before. In a great location so close to the theatre, shops, bars and eateries but despite that it’s very quiet. We received a lovely warm welcome, the room was spotless, bed very comfortable and plenty of tea, coffee and toiletries supplied. We had a great night’s sleep and a delicious breakfast the next morning, all at a very reasonable price. We’d love to stay in the rooftop caravans sometime. We would definitely return and...

「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」
