「Very beautiful and clean room. Excellent location next to a shopping mall. Loved the sauna and whirlpool!」

「Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.」

「Excellent accommodations and a great location! Communication with the host was outstanding. The hotel also offers a very convenient taxi service, which was incredibly helpful during my mom’s stay. 「Excellent hotel and very convenient」

「Good location, good breakfast, just need update some of its facilities!」

「Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.」

「They don’t provide you wish wash cloths. Also the air conditioner don’t work. 」

「Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.」

「Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location and near to Nur Astana Masjid.」

「Персонал довольно отзывчивый, для три заезды отель очень даже неплохой))) Единственное — хотелось бы иметь в номерах чайник. А так есть холодильники, кондиционер. Вполне чисто.」
