「Very beautiful and clean room. Excellent location next to a shopping mall. Loved the sauna and whirlpool!」

「Excellent accommodations and a great location! Communication with the host was outstanding. The hotel also offers a very convenient taxi service, which was incredibly helpful during my mom’s stay. 「Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.」

Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.」

「Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location and near to Nur Astana Masjid.」

「It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though.」
