Un petit frigo est a disposition, une bouilloire deux thés, brosses à dents et dentifrice , des chaussons jetables, le tout renouvelé quotidiennement.」

「Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. 」

「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」

「Overall the hotel was good value for money. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was adequate with s reasonable choice of foods. The one thing that lets it down is the noise from the nightclub which goes on until the early hours. Definitely bring ear plugs」
