「Nice hotel with great condition and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was not very good. When I asked for anything they bring it fast. But there was a day when I put a card for cleaning the room but it didnt get cleaned. Other than that everything was great. 」

「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」
