「clean room, friendly staff, great food」

「Room was fine. breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. One serious issue I had with this stay was the day after I checked in, a $360 charge was made from the hotel to my credit card. That is a huge mistake that was not refunded until the next day. Very scary that I was the one who caught it, not the hotel. I wouldn't trust staying there a second time.」

「Staff was extremely rude. Im a law abiding disabled veteran that was treated as if i worked the streets! When i asked for a later check out i was informed to stay for another two hours i would have to pay for an additional night! Horrified!」

「The staff was very kind and very helpful when needed however, when I first got there, I noticed the TV wasn’t working. There was some weird crumbs in the bed and the shower had stains in it. I wasn’t unhappy, but definitely would like to feel comfortable on taking a shower if needed. I got the TV fixed the remote needed batteries that wasn’t a big deal. Some of the random crumbs in the bed that was made for us was a little odd, but overall not too bad.」

「The first room they put me in has mold around the shower, the shower was dirty, and trash still on the floor, moved rooms and mold on the ceiling above the shower, pool towels in the room, and rooms smelled like mildew. Only one member of the staff was truly amazing.」

「Very basic hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay (3 nights) and the breakfast was basic- bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It was a fine stay but not super clean even when we arrived and we needed to wear shoes while in our room because the carpets were dirty.」

「The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The waffle machine was an added bonus that made the complimentary breakfast great!」

「Rooms were clean, some kitchen utensils were ok however the pots and pans weren’t clean from the last visitors. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again」
