「clean room, friendly staff, great food」

「We were there for 4 days and the elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay. The ice machine on our floor didnt work either. Carpets in hallways were stained and the entire hotel looked like it was in need of an update/maintenance. Requested a late check out, but that wasn't possible and was asked to leave immediately at checkout time. It looked like it was a nice hotel at one time, but hasn't really been taken care of.」

「Very basic hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay (3 nights) and the breakfast was basic- bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It was a fine stay but not super clean even when we arrived and we needed to wear shoes while in our room because the carpets were dirty.」
