The hotel is a little off the main path but we loved it because there is very little traffic and it was quiet. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Very clean. Missing a few amenities but still a great place to stay for the price.

The staff we encountered, I think maybe the lady who owned the property, was very courteous, friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The property and rooms were comfortable and pleasant.

I stayed in a king room and the room was much larger than most, plenty of room for the bed, sofa, desk and a few other pieces. The refrigerator is an apartment size, so much larger than the normal hotel offers. The room and all the premise was clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet area away from the business of the major highway, yet close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in/check out. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Killeen.

The location of the property is very quiet. The staff is pretty nice. The rooms do not match what is seen online. I was forced to upgrade my room and that one also did not match the photos, and costed more than it was supposed to. There was an internet outage the first night we were there so wifi was out to no fault of the hotel. The second night we stayed I was awoken at midnight by someone who checked in with 3 children. You could hear the children running around all night and I was not able to get any rest. The beds were comfortable enough, and shower worked very well. We checked out very early hoping to get home and get some sleep. Overall the stay was OK. If I had an emergency again and needed a hotel I would probably consider this place again.
