Al dia sgte fue cumpleaños de mi mamá y aunque no estaban obligados les comuniqué a ver si me acompañaban a cantarle y ni la saludaron, tal vez yo esperaba mucho. Pero es mi opinión. En el desayuno tardaban mucho en reponer los alimentos. Sin embargo algunas personas del counter fueron amables."

"I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived staff said there was an issue with one of the rooms so they had booked my friend in to snother hotel on the other side of the City. Staff said they had tried to contact us to tell is, which was untrue (phone number and email address given during online check-in). After a bit of discussion they managed to find a room for my friend at the hotel, even though it was fully booked (the room was next door to mine). Trying to sort it out seemed too hard to try for the male staff receptionist initially, until my friend refused to leave the hotel. "
