"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

"We are family of seven from Canada, stayed one night at the Boat House. The bedroom is spacious enough for two adults and two kids to sleep with small luggage. The food is good. (Limited option or very standard boathouse meal). You can buy prawn , crab during the cruise in the close by shops and the chef will cook that for free. We had a great Ayurvethic Massage, which was a very great experience. Had some hiccups for water in the morning and the crew was able to resolve it asap. There are some...

"A beautiful tranquil overnight stay. We cruised down the backwaters, moored overnight and then cruised back the following morning. We had the whole boat to ourselves with our own chef."

"We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

"OMG what a wonderful trip/adventure. The boat cruised around the back waters for about 4 hours. First before we cruised they served us a wonderful lunch. Then while cruising we stopped at a fish market to buy us whatever we wanted to eat for dinner. I bought 6 giant prawns that they cooked up for me in addition to the other chicken dish we had for dinner. Delish!! Vacation time well spent."
