「The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. 「I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!」
