"Everything was incredible - our stay at the Cone was peaceful and beautiful. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and beautiful. "We stayed in Alila Ocean suite. The view was amazingly unforgettable! Room is spacious. But the lights controls were a little confusing. And the temperature control in the shower room was a tad difficult to navigate. Wifi can be a bit sketchy. But all these is compensated by the outstanding customer service and the view that greeted us everyday. Seasalt was beyond fabulous. Shoutoutb to all the smiley and warm staff , especially Dera and Rai. Though building feels dated, it is generally well maintained. I would love to go back again, and stay at room 316!"
