"The service was fabulous!! Our flight was over 2 hours delayed making us arrive after 2am. I called the hotel to let them know, about the delay, there was an emergency with the staff and the message wasn’t passed on. Upon arrival we were so great full that the person at the front desk was able to send a shuttle for us and accommodate us!! I’m very appreciative to have been met with friendly staff after such a busy and challenging day!"

"Overall I was quite happy. The range of pillow densities was nice. The only real problems occurred in the shower. While it mainly appeared clean, there was quite a bit of dried shampoo on the dispenser. That may have contributed to the following. I was in the hower with the water running, waiting for it to warm up. As the water reached the back of the tub, I started sliding though I wasn't trying to move. The sliding speed quickly accelerated and I fell - fortunately against the shower curtain, which somewhat broke my fall as it tore loose (due to its design, I don't think it actually tore). I wasn't injured, and after a few seconds when I (tentatively!) got back in the tub it was no longer slippery. I don't know if this was because of shampoo or what, but the tubs really need some form of no-slip surface."

"Stayed the night I moved back up, staff was awesome, room was comfortable, and the food from the restaurant was delicious, although I snacks at the front desk may have been a bit expensive and the floor in the hallways were a tad scruffy, overall I would recommend this place and would plan to stay here in the future again"

"It’s quiet, clean and safe. Comfortable beds. You can park your car extended in their lot. Staff are kind and accommodating. Very close to airport with free shuttle. 24 hour staff at desk for any hour check in. The price is right. We stay here every time we need to stay in Anchorage. Getting better each time 🤗"

"Liked the restaurant and bar. Check in was easy. Staff friendly. Towels were better then most hotels of same price range. Cleanliness not bad, I did see some dust in the room."
