"My wife and I were greeted at the front desk on Friday, November 28, 2025 with a friendly smile and enthusiastic employee. I believe his name was Chris (not sure) but he made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure our room was clean and ready! He is a great asset to the Hilton family!! The location of your hotel was very close to my family whom participated in the Nutcracker. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to everyone who helped make our stay a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations!! "

"I like that the multiple entrances had key card entry. Staff was very accommodating and suggested things around the area to do. Checking in and out was easy as can be. The lobby and grille 39 felt very homey. 10 outta 10"

"Maybe the best and friendliest check in ever. The rooms and the hotel its self were great. Breakfast is where the issues came up, the pancake machine was broken, which I get stuff happens, so I decided to get a bowl of cereal, no milk,I say something to the attendant, she said they were out and walked away. I decide I'll just get a glass of juice, the machine only gave concentrate. Again I ask the attendant, who shrugs and again walks away. So I go to the front desk and let them know everything, the let me know the oj is a known issue and usually theres water and they let you know, and then she runs to the store to milk, super easy. "The room was spotless. Chrissy did a great job. Your staff is amazing! My favorite was the young lady that was on duty until 11 p.m. at the front desk on Thanksgiving night! She provided so much history and knowledge about the hotel. I regret that I cannot recall her name she was great!"
