We were disappointed to find out that the spa was an additional £65 per person and didn’t think that was overly clear when we booked as otherwise we would’ve picked a different option. Regardless, we paid it after we the facilities were listed and frustrated to find out one of the saunas were out of order. We were celebrating our ‘mini-moon’ and overall we were a bit disappointed with the experience and value for money.」
