「Not the first time we have stayed here, as we love it. Friendly, welcoming staff, lovely comfortable rooms with rustic charm. Great location and safe parking. 」

「Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. 」

「Colin and Lisa make you feel right at home. The room had a comfortable bed and large bathroom and was very clean.」

「We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.」
