「The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were...

「Breakfast was changed up somewhat every single day which means it wasn’t the same breakfast every morning we stayed with them. And the breakfast food was actually really good. Beds were comfortable & the place was super clean & spacious! We are already booked here for next year! 」
