The refrigerator was very noisy The coffee pot was missing the filter holder, so I couldn't make coffee. The juice dispenser was broken, but they had orange drink, not juice, in a carafe. We were only there for one night, so we managed.

great parking, e z on off freeway. did not eat breakfast there. great bed, no bath kleenex 1/2 of lights in elevator not working, bathroom toilet seat fastener missing, sink water outlet locknut loose, mis aligned. some carpet debris along wall indicators of poor maintenance & housekeeping. would not stay again. Mentioned all to cleark at ck out, no comment from him.

The room needed to be vacuumed when we entered. The sheets and comforters are thin. The shower curtain didn't reach the top of the tub, so it caused water to go everywhere. We asked the front desk for more towels just to cover the floor. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it made the room damp. Breakfast was standard but also out 2/3 days we stayed, I saw no more than two people on staff which means they were all doing multiple jobs at once.

Our room was close to the lobby and at about 10:00 PM we could hear a loud male voice. After about an hour, we called the front desk and said we heard loud talking and the man who answered was clearly the person we could hear, said he was checking in someone and hung up. He could still be heard until about 2:00 AM. We could also here music playing and other voices.

Arrived to discover safety and other issues in our room. Checked on changing rooms but were told all similar rooms had the same safety issue. Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. With all of that, we decided to find another place to stay. There was also a $100 "damage deposit" required on check-in because the reservation was made on Expedia, which wasn't returned until eight days later. I'm left with the impression that this is a poorly run inn. This was definitely the nastiest room we encountered on our entire trip. No refund was given for our non-stay.

Horrible experience & wont be back. Room was filty disgusting on arrival. Garbage behind every single surface in the room. Pull out couch was ripped to shreds and did not work. Toilet paper holder was half hanging off the wall. Toilet itself had never been cleaned. Room only had 2 towels. Breakfast was limited, juice machine broken, etc.
