「We had a lovely stay! All of the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough. Great vodka martini from the friendly barman (thanks.), and nice meal with generous portions. We had a superior suite which was so spacious. The coffee machine wasn't working - needed descaling - but after they came to have a look at it they brought us a pot of lovely coffee in our room which was much appreciated. Mentioned that my daughter was graduating and a congratulations message was left in her room which was a lovely touch. Used the open top bus to get around on one day and Ubers the rest of the stay as it’s not really a pleasant walk into the city centre. Very convenient for the titanic experience. Hot tub was a welcome addition and although the property is about 45 mins from the airport, hiring a car is easy and affordable and then you have much better access here to other spots on the coast. 5 star, would stay again, and thank you to Niall and Janeen for their hospitality. 」
