Lovely old farmhouse overlooking loch Neagh. Twin room was spacious, clean, and bed was comfortable. Also extra plugs for charges, etc. Breakfast choices were excellent with variety of choice, and host, Elizabeth was friendly and helpful. Place felt homely and relaxed, even with Chester the cat coming to greet us in our room!

Couples night away.

Beautiful location with stunning views from the bedroom. Elizabeth was very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit in the surrounding area. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And also a special mention to Chester the friendly cat. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely B&B

short overnight stay but was really well looked after. Met in the evening and shown around. Lovely breakfast in the morning and a nice chat. Bed was very comfy, shower good and overall cleanliness and finish was great. Would stay again if in the area.

Top notch B&B

We enjoyed our stay at bay cottage,Elizabeth our host was very welcoming and made us feel at home,the room was immaculate well presented clean and tidy with tea and coffee facilities,lovely modern shower with complimentary shampoo and shower gel,delicious cooked breakfast with home made bread and jams as well as a choice of cereals and fruit Due to the rural location a car or cycle is recommended as no public transport locally,there is a lovely little pub 5 mins walk away. This is undoubtedly the best B&B I have ever stayed in,fantastic service from Elizabeth and nothing is too much trouble,we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this lovely place and would most definitely stay again

Elizabeth was such a gracious host. We enjoyed our stay very much in this tradiotion Irish farmhouse. It is not modern but so comfortable. It felt like a warm and welcoming home. Located right on the shores of Lough Neagh, You look out your bedroom window and have a beautiful water view. If you drive it will be fine, but if yo taxi or uber it gets pricey!

Idyllische Unterkunft - toller Ausgangspunkt!

Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Stilvoll angerichtet, mit selbstgebackenen Brot und gescmacklich Hevorragend. Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen kurzfristigen Heizungsausfall, das wurde aber mit einer mobilen Heizung und der sehr warmen Dekch wieder wettgemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und dann auch für länger!
