We had a wonderful stay at Ballygally Castle. The rooms are small but the beds were among the most comfortable we had on our vacation. I had no idea about the ghost room prior to coming but it certainly made for an interesting story!

Interesting place to stay. Front desk was helpful. Was looking forward to dinner but was disappointed. Drinks took over 1/2 hour to receive and were never once asked again if we wanted any more drinks. An hour and a half before we received our food. After finishing food we were left waiting half an hour. Would have ordered dessert and more drinks if offered the chance. 2 hour ordeal after a long travel day was very frustrating. Their loss as we opted to eat elsewhere the rest of our stay.

The hotel was amazing, the ghosts room was fun if not a tight squeeze. Food and drink are amazing, several local products. Parking is opposite the hotel and from what I can see was safe
