"Breakfast was good different options to choose from. Hair dryer in the room was not working and the hall way had a little musty smell. The room was clean and fresh. I will be booking again. "

"The hotel was under construction. The room we got didn't have a safety latch and the AC was broken the window was broken too. The lobby was dirty there was a dirty bed mattress against the wall as soon as you exited the elevator in the second floor. A lot of doors walking to our room had a big X. We didn't have toilet paper in our restroom and the plugs to connect our phones didn't work. I couldn't connect my laptop to complete work. I asked to change rooms and the receptionist told me to ask for a refund with the third party where i booked. She did not try to help the situation never booking here again. It was my first time in Dallas I didn't know where to go. I had my two toddlers with me. Safety and comfortability was a necessity. "
