「I first visited the Druidstone 45 years ago and fell in love with everything about it; the friendly hosts, the homely decor and atmosphere, the perfect location and delicious food. 「Obviously a lot of effort has been made by the new owners to create a comfortable and upgraded environment. They are working hard and constantly on what was obviously a worn down building. Looking out from the room the gardens and view is spectacular. The room was large and comfy with great, instant hot water and lovely deep bath. Authentic home cooked curry was delicious.」

「I had an excellent stay. The place is so peaceful . The dining facility is great with great bar and dinner available at request. The quality of food is really good . The whole place is clean and excellent hospitality . Loved it .」

「The Plas breakfast was one if not the best I have had anywhere, all freshly cooked. Also, plenty of choices to suit everyone. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but one little criticism is that there was no handle to aid getting into the shower/bath. This was mentioned to the receptionist in the morning, she duly made a note of it and would pass it on to the maintenance person. Would recommend the Plas and would go back there. 」
