"We booked the suite since we were a group of 5. The suite had 3 rooms so we would have been quite comfortable but due to change of plans it was just us 3. The hosts were warm and welcoming when they greeted us. Breakfast was lovely each morning, and they provided helpful suggestions for sightseeing. I particulary like coffee available in the early wee hours for us that hike at dawn and the added breakfast treats are wonderful!! Truly a special place in the heart of the High peaks !! "We spent one day and night at this hotel. Beautiful view of the Whiteface mountains. Very home like atmosphere. Nice rooms with everything you need. Owner of the place very nice and helpful. Lots of toys for kids to play with. My 2 and 4 year old had a blast there. Huge living room with tables board games tv etc. I would definitely recommend it and come back there again."

"Such a wonderful place. So very clean and cozy. Wonderful people. Unfortunately the bed was far too soft for our liking. If we are in the area again we would certainly stay there again but would call ahead first to see if the matresses were replaced. Other than the matress, I loved this place!"

We stayed in the Norway cabin which was so cute and super clean. The cabin was equipped with everything you need... even a Keurig coffee machine! We especially enjoyed the fireplace.
