「Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers.」

No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals」

「The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked. Definitely would go back again. Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food! Not a lot to do outside the...

「This room has all the amenities you need. Very convenient. Breakfast each morning. Coffee all day long. Gym,pool, washer and dryer and then the room has all comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, dishes with a dishwasher and even a garbage disposal. Will definitely stay again.」
