You can explore the Area on foot easily, and walking to the Old Town is only 15 min away, which may be less than the waiting time for the Tram! The apartment itself is very nice & super clean. I enjoyed staying in Rm 14 on the 3rd floor, which has a nice open terrace decorated with beautiful plants! I had my breakfast outside with fresh air and flowers.
