"It was great and I feel bad for giving them a 4! I did not sleep well during our stay! Bed was not comfy, duvet - not sure if it’s too light or heavy and the pillow, there should have been an option if you want more. I know I could have asked for more but I forgot and couldn’t be bothered to call ..."
