Didn’t see any staff. Were able to leave bags behind reception before check in. Room size excellent and spotless. Shower was great. Good location and great restaurant options nearby.

Rent när vi kom, men under vistelsen var städningen väldigt dålig (Handfat och liknande städades inte en enda gång på 4 dagar), trots att vi begärt städning. Väldigt lyhört hotell, alla ljud från grabbarna hördes extremt mycket.

The room was lovely and spacious and we could spread out. It was a great room with high ceilings and lots of natural light, and a fridge. The location is very convenient with a lot of wonderful bars, cafes, restaurants and shops around, not to mention the Jewish Quarter sight seeing and the Barbie museum is 20 metres away. We enjoyed the vibe of the neighbourhood. The breakfast is held in the cafe adjacent to the hotel and it was high quality and good coffee. On the downside the cafe can't cater to gluten free people, but you can bring your own bread with agreement from them. The cafe is popular with locals so don't leave it until the last minute to get breakfast. I didn't see the reception very often but we didn't need any help so it was fine. Getting in to the building on arrival was great as they sent me the door code. The street outside is very noisy until late and if you are short you may struggle to close the top windows. The only cooling was a fan and while we were grateful for that, it was a little bit warm at night and the windows had to be closed. The bathroom was very small also, but on the balance of things it wasn't that important. The cleaning schedule was strange and seemed to run in the afternoon and the cleaners seemed uninterested in taking our dirty cups. I basically had to take my cups to them and insist. The cleaning service could therefore be better.

Stayed at the Shalom Kazimierz for 4 nights. Rooms & beds were comfortable with breakfast next door. Location was perfect for what we had planned with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Would definitely consider using Shalom Kazimierz if we visited Krakow again.

The rooms where clean. I did not know that it was a hotel without staff in the reception, only cleaning stuff. When we got contact with the reception they where very kind and helpful. The breakfast was from a meny and not with a lot of choise. The location was perfect, just to walk outside the door and a lot of restaurants and nice streets to walk on.

Remote operated front desk. Although they responded quickly to WhatsApp message. Location is good. Walkable to jewish restaurants,. 25 min walk to old town. Breakfast was reasonable, served in a restaurant next door. The hotel building is old. No elevator, no AC

Petit hôtel bien sympathique. C’est dommage par contre qu’il n y ait pas d accueil humain, tout ce fait à distance. Cependant cela n enlève pas le charme et la qualité de l hébergement.

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till med nära till mycket i staden. Det verkar inte finnas någon som jobbar i receptionen. På 4 dagar bytte dem aldrig mina lakan eller handdukar trots att dem var inne i rummet och ”städade”. God frukost på caféet precis bredvid men väldigt snålt att bara 1 kopp kaffe ingår och ingen juice alls.

The hotel is located in the center of Kazimierz which is exactly what we wanted. There is no free parking at the hotel. The paid parking is available but one can't pay in advance for more that 24 hrs which is a problem for someone who is Sabbath observant. I talked to someone on WhatsApp who didn't really care. I wanted to talk to the manager and was told the manager will call me. It never happened. Later I received a text message to talk to the attendant in the morning. There was no attendant EVER. All registration etc is doner via WhatsApp. Also there is no physical key available but only magnetic card to use at the front door and the door to the room - another problem for Sabbath observant, We managed OK but it involved a lot of help and lost time. Overall I managed the weekend. But will never stay there or recommend to anyone. And that is because of the lies I received from, who I expect to be the owner pretending to be only an employee. Multiple contacts with that person yielded more lies.
