"Aileme hediye ettiğim bir gecelik konaklamaydı. Bu konuda bana yeterince yardımcı oldular. Rahat ve güzeldi. Mükemmel değil ama tercih edilebilir. Hesaplı, rahat. Park yeri yoktu yakında bir yere park ettik ve sorun yaşanmadı. İletişim hızlıydı, problem çözmeye odaklıydılar. Ailem ve ben teşekkür ederiz. "

"It is a very nice hotel, beautifully designed, newly built, with solid construction and very nice decor. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative about our two night stay here."

"As soon as we walked out of the lift to our floor we were hit with a sewerage smell! The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "

"Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality."
