The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. "As soon as we walked out of the lift to our floor we were hit with a sewerage smell! The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "
