Hotel structures is ok But the room smells molds bed was terribly uncomfortable and duvets blankets was dirty. I would say one week but I stay only one night then changed the hotel moved to Alli Spa just 3 minutes drive Many thanks

In the picture when booking it showed 1 queen bed and one double bed. We arrived to find 2 very uncomfortable twin beds and 1 extremely uncomfortable futon. As a family who suffers from back and hip issues this was 2 of the worst nights sleep I’ve experienced here thus far.

Otel temizlik ve koşullar bakımından gayet iyi. Yemekler de fena değildi. Mesaj hizmetinden de memnuk kaldık. Ancak Otel ismindeki Kaz dağları otelin kaz dağlarında olduğu anlamına gelmiyor, bunu dikkate alarak gelmeniz lazım. Normal, şehirden çok az uzakta, sessiz sakin ve standart bir otel. Havuz başındaki roman havaları dışında da başka bir sorun görmedim.

Rahat bir konaklama olmadı!

Odamızın banyosundan çok aşırı koku geliyordu. Malesef koku bizi çok rahatsız etti. Resepsiyona durumu sordum. Termal otellerde bu koku olurmuş, kükürt kokuyormuş böyle açıklama yaptılar. Malesef kanalizasyon kokuyordu. Aynı koku otelin hamamında da vardı. Hamam görevlisinde durumu sorduğumda termal sudan bu koku oluyor dedi. Ama hamamın giderlerinden bu koku geliyordu. Termal havuza girdiğimizde bu koku havuz suyunda yoktu. Odamızdaki yatak rahat değildi. Banyodaki silikonlar kararmış duş almamız için görüntününde güzel bakımlı olması gerekir.Armatürler oksitlenmişlerdi. Yemekler güzeldi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydılar. Hamam kullanırsanız Nur hanıma masaj yaptırın derim.

The hotel is clean and modern with helpful staff. Most of the rooms are built in blocks of 6 around the main pool and all have balconies. We had a family suite which had little kitchen with two ring hob, sink and fridge as well as a sitting room. Bathrooms are big and spacious. Food is average, social distancing is not enforced at all and if people are talking by the pool late at night you may have to ask them to move as the sound carries to the bedrooms. The spa area is very nice with saunas and steam rooms, massages and thermal pool etc. Only strange thing was the suite only had one air conditioner in the sitting room so we had to leave the door to bedroom open at night

Sessiz, rahat, kafa dinlenebilecek bir mekan.

Form termal otelde ilk kez konakladık. 3 aile gittik otel kafanızı dinlemek için gittiyseniz gerçekten çok harika, sessiz sakin huzur veriyor gerçekten. Diğer otellerdeki gibi bir kalabalık yok en azından. Odalar gayet güzel ve yeterli ve binaların birbirinden bağımsız olması da ayrı bir avantaj, balkon olması çok güzel, Termal havuz küçük ama yeterli, spa gayet temizdi ve güzeldi. Odaların temizliği güzeldi. Restoran kısmı biraz küçük ve yemek saatlerinde biraz kalabalık oluyor personel sayısı yetersiz olması nedeniyle masaların temizliği biraz gecikiyor. Yemekler de çok fazla çeşit olmuyor ama yenilebilecek lezzet ve temizlikte. 5 çayında ikram edilen pasta ve börekler çok güzel kesinlikle kaçırmayın derim. Genel anlamda kafa dinlenebilecek güzel bir otel.

Otelin fiziki koşulları yeni ve iyi. Yerleşimi de güzel. Ida Ultra için gitmiştik, hemen spor salonunun yanında. Yemekler ortalama. Temizlik iyi. Ama asıl sorun hizmet anlayışı. Rezervasyonu ve ödemesini önceden yapmıştım, otele vardığımızda, hayır yapılmamış deyip hatırlatmama rağmen tekrar talep ettiler. Akşam saat 8, tatil ve organizasyon rezil olmasın diye ödeme yaptım. Eve döndüğümde kontrol ettim ödemeyi yapmışım. Dahası onların rezervasyon onayında da bu görünüyor. Oteli aradım, hesap numaranızı mail atın yarın geri ödeyelim dediler. Tabi ki ödemediler. Hotels.com müşteri hizmetlerini aradım, şu gün kesin, bugün şu saate kadar derken günlerce uğraştım durdum, netice sıfır. Rezervasyon sonrası desteği aslında hiç yokmuş bunu öğrenmiş oldum. Bir daha asla ne bu site üzerinden rezervasyon yaparım, ne de o otelde konaklarım.

Güzel bir konaklamaydı

Otel genel olarak güzeldi memnun kaldık, yemekleri kahvaltısı idare ederdi. Termal havuz ve hamam güzeldi. Sürekli bir jenaratör çalışıyordu birde odamız arada temizlenmedi ama zaten 2 gece için çokta ihtiyaç kalmadı.
