"Room was too hot and stuffy. Cannot breathe!! Not allowed to open window They keep temperature the same for all room even though each room has its own thermostat. Cannot put the temperature to cool!! Staff were excellent and very helpful Need a sitting place Otherwise hotel is ok. Bathroom is too small no room to move, bathtub is too deep, and step up to the bathroom is not old people friendly!!! "

"Fantastic location if looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo yet still very accessible. The amenities are fantastic and the layout of the building, with the restaurant facing the courtyard with trees and water feature, is simply wonderful. The breakfast is excellent, such a huge variety of choices, all thoughtfully and tastefully cooked. Diners have with a choice between Japanese and Western cuisine. I would certainly stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo."
