「My overall impression of that hotel: Never again!
The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost.
Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.」
