"Great hotel for a stay with easy access to Narita airport. Hotel was clean with great amenities. Room was very spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. Staff are lovely, and speak excellent English. They can also recommend local places to eat (including a very useful map). Enjoyed our brief stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The room is clean, decor needs updating. Onsen bath was exceptional, clean, relaxing, therapeutic, can potentially wipe away aches and pains of body and mind. Staff are polite, helpful and treats guests with courtesy. I did not try restaurant, but plans to do so next time, as the menu looks good and prices are reasonable. Free shuttle service to shops and airport was well appreciated. Thank you ART Hotel for my wonderful stay."
